Challenge #8 - Anything that Sparkles

Hello everyone!

Well, what can I say apart from .... WOW! What a fantastic response we had to Challenge #7! Thank you so much to everyone who entered - it was our biggest number of entries to date! And thank you to Maylee for choosing such a great theme!

Welcome to YNS Challenge #8! Karen has chosen the theme for this challenge, and she is challenging everyone to make a card or creation that includes ...

Anything that
We all love our bling and our glitter, right? Well, over at Your Next Stamp, Karen has a whole host of gorgeous sparkly stuff like Stickles and Glitter Pens and Gems and Crystals as well as loads of other crafty stash to compliment our fab YNS stamps perfectly!

As always, we have 2 fabulous prizes for you to win:

1. Winner – one lucky winner, chosen by random.org, will win $10 in YNS Stamp Bucks (to spend on YNS stamps) and the Winner Blinkie to proudly display on their blog!

2. Top Pick – one lucky entry, chosen by Karen, will win $5 in YNS Stamp Bucks (to spend on YNS stamps) and the Top Pick Blinkie to proudly display on their blog! [NB You must use a YNS stamp on your creation to be eligible to win the Top Pick prize].

We’d love to see you use a YNS stamp on your challenge card/creation, but if you don’t have one, then you can still join in and be entered into the prize draw! As our challenge runs for 2 whole weeks, you have plenty of time to hop on over to the YNS Store and pick up some of these cuties yourself! And if you do use a YNS stamp on your challenge card/creation, you’ll be entered into the prize draw TWICE and be entered into the Top Pick draw – that’s 3 chances to win!

Without further ado, here are the wonderful cards from the very talented YNS Starlets to inspire and delight….

To enter, follow the challenge and use a stamp (traditional or digital) somewhere on your creation, post it on your blog or in your online gallery, and post the direct link to it using the Mr Linky widget below. (Please do not post a general link to your blog or gallery, as this makes it more difficult for us to find your card - thanks!). If Mr Linky is not working, please post your link in the comments section below, and we will add it for you when the widget is back up and working. If you do not have a blog, then please email us a photo of your challenge entry so we can add it to our online gallery and enter you into the draw.

If you are posting your card to your SplitCoast Stampers (SCS) gallery, please use the keyword ynsc8 and then post a direct link to it in Mr Linky below.

Entries for challenge 8 close at midnight (EST) on Tuesday, February 2nd.

Finally, please note the addition to our challenge rules in the sidebar. Although you don't have to use a YNS stamp on your card/creation to enter our challenges, we are here to promote Your Next Stamp, and so from Challenge #8 onwards please limit your non-YNS stamp entries to one card/creation per challenge. You can, of course, enter each challenge multiple times with different creations if you use YNS stamps on them, and remember that for every YNS card/creation your enter, you get TWO entries into the prize draw and one entry into the top pick draw!!

Thank you so much for playing along with us - myself and the rest of the Starlets can't wait to see your wonderful sparkly creations!

Hugs,
Sem x
